Refunds and cancellations

Course fees are not refundable once the recording or the live session has been shared, because the recipes cannot be un-shared. If you paid twice, write to us within 24 hours and we will sort it out.

Live class you cannot attend

You keep the recording, so a missed live session is not a refund. If you know before the class, message us and we will move you to the next batch when there is one.

Paid twice

Duplicate payments are refunded in full to the original method within 5 to 7 working days once we see them. Email the payment IDs to hello@jerrysworld.co.in.

Dessert orders

Orders are made fresh. Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the agreed time; after that the order is baked and charged.
