Hi, I'm Anshita.
I started baking in 2015, for friends and family, and kept at it in Pune, baking for parties. During Covid I turned it into a studio and kitchen in Panchkula, and classes for people who bake the way I do, without eggs.
Jerry is what my friends called me, so the studio got the name too.
Everything I teach is eggless and preservative-free. My classes are for first-time bakers, and for people who bake to sell.
What you get in a class
You keep the recording, and every recipe comes as a PDF, in grams. There's a private group for your questions while you bake. If you bake to sell, the tea cakes masterclass also has my pricing and packing notes.
