 A creamy, crunchy, nutty delight that comes together in minutes—no baking required. This Milk Chocolate Hazelnut Crunch Bark is the ultimate sweet treat for chocolate and nut lovers alike. It’s smooth, melt-in-your-mouth milk chocolate layered with roasted hazelnuts and crispy rice pops for that perfect bite. Great for gifting, party platters, or just to stash in your fridge for late-night cravings—this bark is beginner-friendly, eggless, and endlessly adaptable.


🧂 Ingredients (For ~200 g bark)
Ingredient Quantity
Milk chocolate (good quality) 150 g
Roasted chopped hazelnuts 30 g
Rice crisps / puffed rice 20 g

👩‍🍳 Method: Hazelnut Crunch Chocolate Bark
  1. Melt the chocolate
    Chop and melt the milk chocolate using a double boiler or microwave (30-second bursts), until completely smooth and glossy.
  2. Mix in the crunch
    Stir in half of the hazelnuts and half of the rice crisps into the melted chocolate.
  3. Spread the bark
    Pour the mixture onto a tray lined with parchment paper. Spread evenly using a spatula to the desired thickness.
  4. Top it off
    Sprinkle the remaining hazelnuts and rice crisps on top for extra crunch and texture.
  5. Set & snap
    Let the bark cool at room temperature or refrigerate for 15–20 minutes until firm.
    Once set, break or cut into bark-style shards.
